December 2013 – May 2014
Enjoy good food, good friends, good stories, and bad fashion at the RPCVLA holiday ugly sweater party! Bring a dish of your choice to share, whether it’s something from your Peace Corps country, your favorite holiday treat, or something else delicious. Wear your best– or worst– ugly sweater.
We will be continuing with our care package project this year! Please bring items to put into care packages and be prepared to take one with you to send to a PCV! If you would like to participate in the care package project, but cannot attend the holiday party, please contact Alison at firstname.lastname@example.org
Guests welcome, but please RSVP. We hope to see everyone there!
The Independent Shakespeare Company is putting on a fantastic event downtown! Meet up with RPCVs and mingle with fellow Angelenos at this fun night out.
Bring your dancing shoes and all your friends! This child-friendly concert is free and no reservations are needed…and why not go Metro! Union Station is accessible via Metro Rail, Metro Bus and several municipal bus lines. Car and bicycle parking are also available on site.
To kick off 2014, join RPCVLA for a TGISaturday at Rocio’s Mole de los Dioses! This dinner is at a restaurant known for its variety of delicious sauces. There are at least 8 different types every day!
As always, friends and family welcome!
Kindly RSVP by January 7, 2014.
Save the date for a mentoring social on January 26th at 3pm. More details TBA. Contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
Check out our post for more details.
