The details: Cost for admission includes a minimum of one bottle purchase for each group of 2-4 people. Seating is on a first come first serve basis – RPCVs will be there starting at noon, and Malibu Wines suggests arriving before 1pm to ensure a spot. Be sure to pack a yummy picnic as the venue does not serve food. The venue is open to anyone 21 & older. Lastly, the tasting room is outdoors and weather in the Santa Monica mountains can be unpredictable so bring layers.

October’s TGIS is at Palm Grove Ethiopian Restaurant! This small restaurant has fabulous owners and while they continue to get many positive reviews, their business is struggling. With RPCVs it is quickly becoming a local favorite so we hope to keep it around.
As always, friends and family are always welcome!
With the help of the owners, we will be reserving the entire restaurant if enough of the group RSVPs.
Kindly RSVP by Thursday, October 10th.

Let’s get active, RPCVLA! Join us as we go on a night hike in Griffith Park led by the Sierra Club.
Meet at the north end of the upper Merry Go Round parking Lot before the 7pm start time. We will hike to a location where we will have a short potluck snack and enjoy the views and companionship.
Bring snack and beverages to share during the potluck at the top of the hike. Wear sturdy shoes. You can use a daypack to carry your items for our approximately 4 – 5 mile round trip hike. Bring your own water and a light source for the hike. We follow “Leave No Trace” so pack out all your trash back down to the parking lot.
As always, friends and family are welcome. Feel free to call Alison at the number listed above if you have any last minute questions. Otherwise, please email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
